Journey In

Private SessionOttawa, Canada
8 nights
3 meals
Ottawa, Canada
• This is a private six day, one on one retreat held on 30 acres of quiet forest land in Ontario. The setting is intentionally simple, secluded, and serene. A place where the nervous system can settle and life can slow down. • The retreat includes two carefully held Iboga ceremonies, spaced to allow time for rest, reflection, and integration. Safety is a central priority throughout the process. Participation requires thorough preparation and traditional screening, and support is present at all times. Iboga is approached respectfully as a tool for deep inner observation, not as an escape from life, but a way of meeting it more directly. • You will have your own private space to rest and be alone when needed. There are no group dynamics, no performance, and no expectations to reach a particular outcome. • Food is simple and nourishing, prepared with care. Much of it is sourced directly from the garden, and when it is not, ingredients are locally sourced and organic. Meals support the body while keeping the retreat grounded and unhurried. • The pace is slow by design. Time is given for walking in the forest, quiet conversation, journaling, and rest. My role is not to interpret your experience or provide answers, but to help hold a steady, attentive container where clarity can arise naturally. • For some, additional time is helpful. An extended stay can be arranged when more space is needed for grounding or integration. • The work begins with a conversation to see if this is the right fit, at the right time.

Program

What a stay looks like

  1. 1

    Day 1

    Arrival in the early afternoon.

Settle into your space, walk the land, and begin slowing down. Quiet time to orient and ground.

Evening fire conversation opens the container, followed by the first Iboga flood dose ceremony.

This first ceremony has an opening and clearing quality, working primarily at the physical level.

  2. 2

    Day 2

Stillness, rest, and regular check-ins. The medicine continues working. Sleep usually begins to return during this night.
  3. 3

    Day 3

A grounded morning. Time on the land, journaling, gentle movement, and space to reflect. An optional outing to nearby beaches, parks, or trails may be offered, depending on how you’re feeling. Things begin to settle and take shape in their own way.
  4. 4

    Day 4

A quiet day of inward preparation. Spiritual shower and evening fire talk, followed by the second Iboga flood dose. This ceremony tends to ground what’s been opened, with illumination or insight arising in its own way. A guided journey may be offered depending on your connection with the medicine.
  5. 5

    Day 5

Rest, care, and continued check ins. Space for completion as the medicine continues to unwind and settle.
  6. 6

    Day 6

A final day to slow down, reflect, and gather what has surfaced. A gentle closing conversation to help orient what came through. Departure can happen at your own pace. There is no rush.
  7. 7

    Day 7

An optional additional day is available at an extra cost.

  8. 8

    Day 8

Meet Greg A Provider Rooted in Experience and Truth Greg is trained and initiated in the Missoko Bwiti tradition of Gabon under the guidance of 10th generational shaman Moughenda Mikala. Through years of direct experience with Iboga, along with other plant medicines and inner practices, Greg has come to see that meaningful change does not come from outside ourselves, but through honest self inquiry, awareness, and a remembering of our natural state of being. He does not see himself as an authority or fixer, but as a steward. Someone who creates a safe, grounded, and private container where others can discover what is already true within them. His approach blends the depth of Bwiti teachings with lived experience and practical wisdom, offering support while honoring each person’s responsibility to meet their own process directly. Rooted in integrity and direct knowing, Greg continues to walk this path with openness and humility. His work is held one on one, with care and discernment, and respect for the seriousness of the process. Those who come are invited to meet themselves honestly, see clearly, and walk forward with clarity and heart.
